Finding the time to travel to a gym or fitness class is difficult for many of us, especially if you’re trying to juggle work or parenting. Befit Training and Fitness brings personal training to your home, office, or other location convenient for you.
If you’re a mum or dad and don’t have any babysitting support, then we can train you at your home and work around you and your little one(s).
If you have friends or colleagues who want to train and get fit, we can provide group personal training for up to three people at a time. And you get to share the costs. (Start Training).
Your first session is FREE, and includes a comprehensive fitness consultation covering health profile and pre-screening, postural analysis, flexibility assessment, and fitness testing. We review your fitness progress against this original consultation on a regular basis.

I’m Becky, founder of BeFit Training and Fitness.
I came to live in Sydney from England over 10 years ago, and I’m now married and a mum to two young boys. When I’m not working or looking after the kids I enjoy cooking, and indulging in good food. But of course … I am always on my toes regarding my own fitness!
Before I became a qualified personal trainer, I worked in corporate event management, but my passion was always fitness and exercising, and I completed several half marathons and charity runs in Sydney and England during that time. I took this passion further and graduated from the Australian Institute of Fitness with a Certificate III in Fitness, a Certificate IV in Personal Training and a Certificate in First Aid and CPR. I was awarded Institute Champion in my study intake for demonstrating the ability and attitude to excel as a fitness professional.
Having worked a nine to five job, and more recently becoming a mum, I’ve always thought about how hard it is to get great training at a time and location that’s convenient to suit your work or home life. My vision for BeFit is to help people achieve their fitness ambitions and goals by providing training that’s affordable, challenging, enjoyable, and totally mobile.

Complementary fitness consultation: At your first session we will conduct a complementary comprehensive fitness consultation. This includes a health profile, postural analysis, flexibility and fitness testing. We will conduct regular reviews, every 8- 10 weeks, to monitor your overall fitness profile as you progress with your personal training.
Personalised for your goals:
We provide strength and conditioning training, cardio and boxing, with a fun and challenging circuit or interval style workout. Your training session is personalised according to your fitness consultation and your fitness goals. At each session we take you through all exercises and keep you motivated - we like to keep things interesting, so every session is different. We continually customise your sessions according to your needs, your feedback, and our training expertise.

Parents: train at home, little ones welcome!
We know how hard it is to prioritise time for yourself when you have young children. Our mobile service can come to your home, or other convenient location, provide you with personal training, and your little one(s) are welcome to come too.
Share the cost
Personal training sessions can be booked as one-on-one or for groups of two or three (maximum). If you have like minded friends or colleagues that want to train, then get your group together and share the costs, and train at a convenient location. (click through to map).
Coming soon to a park in Ermington, Bootcamp for small groups, $15 per person per session.

I reached out to Becky in the hope that I would be able to control my body throughout my third pregnancy. I had gained 22kgs with my first pregnancy and the thought of shifting that weight post baby 3 haunted me!
